Day 1: Luxor East Bank - Luxor ON Upon arrival in Luxor, a representative will transfer guests privately to the Nile cruise ship before 12:00 pm check-in. Afternoon discovers the extensive East Bank including Karnak Temples, largest religious structures featuring Amun Ra. Luxor Temple erected by 12th dynasty kings and later Ramses II inside ancient Thebes likewise honoring Amun Re concludes the tour. Guests return to the ship to relax before an Egyptian show from staff and dinner onboard in Luxor. Upon returning to the ship, lunch is provided. Afternoon tea is available onboard ahead of a night free at leisure in Aswan followed by dinner and overnight stay. After breakfast checking out, a representative escorts guests to Aswan airport/station for their Cairo flight. Optional Tour: Tour visits Abu Simbel by private vehicle transfer or domestic flight. Upon arrival, the guide explores the impressive temples constructed under Ramses II including the Great Temple honoring Ra Horakhty and the smaller one for Ramses and Nefertari.
