Credit Card payments are collected by our trusted partners acting as authorized agents. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated safely.
All payments are due upon receipt to confirm your wonderful trip with us! If payment is declined or canceled after services, our partners have the right to resolve accordingly.
Any Optional activities like museum rooms or sites require extra tickets purchased directly. Let me know during booking if you’d like assistance!
Cancellation Policy (Regular Tours)
Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. No refund for groups over 10 without advance payment.

Send cancellation in writing. Losses are calculated based on the timeline below:
