Breakfast will be provided at your hotel. Then an English speaking Egyptologist guide will meet you to kick off your first full day tour. You'll visit the legendary Pyramids of Giza to see the Great Pyramid of Khufu, Pyramid of Khafre and Pyramid of Menkaure, guarded by the iconic Great Sphinx. A local lunch will follow. Next is Saqqara to witness the Step Pyramid complex of Pharaoh Djoser. Finally a drive to Memphis to explore remains from the glorious New Kingdom era like colossal statues of Ramses II at the Open Air Museum. Return to your Cairo hotel for overnight.

Breakfast and checkout from your hotel. A transfer will take you to Cairo Airport for your flight south to Luxor. Your Luxor guide will meet and take you on tours of the West Bank, including the exquisite Valley of the Kings tombs like Tutankhamun's. Deir el Bahari and Colossi of Memnon are also included. A local lunch features. Afterwards tour Luxor's iconic East Bank with the world's largest religious complex, the Temples of Karnak and Luxor Temple itself. Check into your Luxor hotel for overnight.

Today includes a guided tour of the supremely preserved Temple of Edfu after breakfast and checkout. Also visit the twin sanctuaries of Kom Ombo, one dedicated to Sobek and the other to Haroeris. Lunch is provided before touring Aswan's highlights - the High Dam and the magnificent rock-cut Temple of Philae on neighboring Agilkia Island via boat. Check into your Aswan hotel for the evening.

An early breakfast and checkout is followed by a trip by private van south to the colossal Temples of Ramses II at Abu Simbel. Witnessing the stunning sunrise there is an unforgettable experience. Afterwards you'll drive to Aswan Airport for your return flight to Cairo where a representative will transfer you to your hotel for overnight.

Following breakfast, your Alexandria guide will gather you for sightseeing including what remains of the legendary Library of Alexandria and the amphitheater. A local lunch is provided before visiting Pompey's Pillar and the Citadel from outside. Return transfer to your Cairo hotel.
