Day 1: Aswan City Tour - Aswan ON Upon your arrival in Aswan, a representative from Travel Joy Egypt will greet you and transfer you by private air-conditioned van to your luxurious Nile cruise ship, the M/S Al Hambra. Check-in is before 12 pm. After settling in, you'll enjoy a lunch meal onboard. Next, you'll visit the High Dam, an iconic feature of Aswan built under President Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 to regulate the Nile river's flow. Afterwards, a short motorboat ride will take you to Philae Temple, a Graeco-Roman temple dedicated to the goddess Isis. Your last stop will be the unfinished Obelisk, an immense granite monument began for the god Amun Ra. Once the sightseeing concludes, you'll return to the ship for the evening. Dinner is included while the night is free for your own leisurely activities in the lovely city of Aswan. Day 2: Kom Ombo - Edfu & ON

Next, join your learned Egyptologist guide for a visit to the Temple of Kom Ombo, known for being dedicated to the worship of crocodile god Sobek and falcon god Haroeris. Return to the ship to dine on lunch with stunning Nile views from the sun deck. Spend the afternoon exploring the excellently preserved Temple of Horus in Edfu, legendary for its architecture, in a scenic horse-drawn carriage. Afterwards, relax onboard as dinner is served. Begin your day with a morning breakfast at 8am. Post check-out, immerse yourself in discovering the wonders of Luxor's East Bank. First up is the colossal Karnak Temples Complex, among the largest religious structures ever built. Believed to cover an area of over 100 hectares, it was devoted to the chief Theban god Amun-Ra. Next, explore the Temple of Luxor established by a 12th dynasty king and later reconstructed by celebrated pharaoh Ramses II. Our representative will drive you to Aswan airport or station for your onward travel to Cairo.Optional Tour: Visit Abu Simbel with a guide - a marvel awaiting 185kms south of Aswan. A private air-conditioned van will whizz you through the landscapes. Upon arrival, admire the Great Temple and the smaller one - both immense structures raised by Ramesses II, one honoring himself and Queen Nefertari. After taking in the awe, commence your return while glimpsing rural scenery. In Aswan, the van will either drop you at your selected hotel to refresh, or shuttle you directly to the airport for a domestic flight homewards.
