Day 1: Aswan City Tour - Aswan ONUpon arrival in Aswan, a Travel Joy Egypt representative will greet you and transfer you via private vehicle to the cruise ship. Board before 12pm. Lunch will be served onboard. Then a tour of the High Dam built by Gamal Abdel Nasser to control flooding will start. A motorboat ride along the Nile goes to Philae Temple, dedicated to Isis, from the Greco-Roman period. Finally, a visit to the Unfinished Obelisk from red granite for Amun Ra will be escorted. After touring, return to the ship is planned. The evening is for leisure in Aswan. Meals included: Lunch, Dinner. If arrival is early, touring starts immediately to avoid wait time for the 12pm check-in.
Breakfast will be served onboard the cruise ship. An Egyptologist guide will then escort passengers to visit Kom Ombo Temple, dedicated to Sobek and Haroeris gods. The group returns to the ship for a lunch on the sundeck with Nile river views. An afternoon activity involves riding chariots to Horus Temple in Edfu, one of Egypt's best preserved temples. Following the tour completion, transfer back to the ship is arranged. The afternoon is for relaxation onboard. Dinner will be served onboard along with an evening folkloric show performed by staff. Breakfast will be served onboard the Nile cruise. Then a magical tour of Thebes' west bank in Luxor starts exploring the Valley of the Kings royal cemetery and burial site of pharaohs. Next a visit to Hatshepsut Temple at Deir El Bahari inside the mountain is planned. Considered a wonderful architecture example, this temple belongs to Hatshepsut. The tour ends at the Colossi of Memnon belonging to King Amenhotep III. The group returns to the ship for lunch. The afternoon is free time. Dinner and overnight are on the cruise. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
After breakfast at 8am,check out is planned from the cruise ship. Then a tour uncovers Luxor's east bank discoveries including the expansive Karnak Temple complex, considered the world's largest at 100 acres. The splendid complex tour concludes at Luxor Temple built by a 12th Dynasty king and finished by Ramses II. On completing the day tour, guests are transferred by private vehicle to their Luxor location where Travel Joy Egypt services conclude. Meals included: Breakfast.
Day 1: Luxor East Bank - Luxor ONUpon arrival in Luxor via airport or station, a Travel Joy Egypt representative will transfer guests via private A/C vehicle to the Nile Cruise for check-in before 12pm. In the afternoon, the discoveries on Luxor's east bank will include the Karnak Temples Complex, the largest structures built in history housing God Amun Ra considered his home on earth dating to the 3rd dynasty. Next the visit is to Luxor Temple built by a 12th dynasty king within ancient Thebes' heart and like Karnak dedicated to chief God Amun Re. After touring, guests return to the ship for rest. An evening folkloric show by staff and dinner onboard are planned in Luxor. Meals include: Lunch, Dinner. Should arrival be early, touring starts directly to avoid wait time for 12pm check-in.

Back onboard, passengers can enjoy the sun deck views of Nile river landscapes and Egypt's ancient civilization. Dinner is served onboard during sailing to Aswan city. Later in the evening the ship arrives in Aswan for an overnight stay. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Next is a motorboat sailing to Agilkia Island and Philae Temple visit, built during Greco-Roman era dedicating to Goddess Isis. Finally, guests are escorted to Unfinished Obelisk, a marvel site made of granite for God Amun Ra. After touring, the group returns to the ship where lunch is provided. Afternoon tea is served too. Dinner and an overnight stay in Aswan are planned while the evening is free. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Check out after breakfast is served. A Travel Joy Egypt representative will then transfer guests to Aswan airport/station for their flight to Cairo.Optional Tour: Excursion to Abu Simbel temples via private coach or domestic flight. An English-speaking guide will drive guests by van from Aswan to Abu Simbel, located 180 miles south on the Nile's western bank. There, Ramses II's temples will be visited - the Great Temple dedicated to Ra Horakhty and the smaller one for Ramses II and his wife Nefertari. Afterwards, the return drive delivers guests back to Aswan where transfer is provided either to a chosen hotel for check-in and rest, or to Aswan airport to catch the domestic flight to Cairo.Meals Included: Breakfast
