Day 1: Aswan City Tour - Aswan ONUpon arrival in Aswan, a Travel Joy Egypt representative will greet you and transfer you by private vehicle to your Nile cruise ship. Check-in before 12 PM. Lunch will be served onboard. Then you will visit the High Dam built by Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 to control Nile flooding. A motor boat will take you to Philae Temple from the Graeco-Roman era dedicated to Isis. The tour ends with a visit to the Unfinished Obelisk made of red granite for Amun Ra. Afterward return to the ship. Dinner will be served with free time afterward in Aswan. If arrival is earlier than 12 PM, the tour may start immediately to avoid waiting.Meals included: Lunch Dinner
Breakfast will be served onboard the ship. Then an Egyptologist guide will take you to visit Temple of Kom Ombo, where gods Sobek and Haroeris were once worshipped. Return to the ship to have lunch on the sun deck while viewing theunique landscapes of the Nile river. After, enjoy a chariot ride to Temple of Horus in Edfu, considered one of Egypt's best preserved temples. The tour finishes and you return to the ship. Afternoon will be spent relaxing onboard. Then commence a magical tour through Thebes, the sacred land, exploring Luxor's west bank including the Valley of the Kings which served as Theban kings and ancient Egypt's pharaohs final resting place. Then proceed to Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, considered one of histories best architecture designs as it was entirely carved within a mountain. The tour ends at Colossi of Memnon belonging to King Amenhotep III. After, return to the ship for lunch. Day 1: Luxor East Bank - Luxor ONUpon arrival at Luxor airport/station, a Travel Joy Egypt representative will transfer you by private air-conditioned van to the Nile cruise for check-in before 12 PM. Afternoon discover the East Bank of Luxor including Karnak Temple Complex, considered the world's largest structures dating as far back as the 3rd dynasty. Discover the Temple of Luxor built in Thebes' heart dedicated to Amun Ra under the 12th dynasty king and later ruler Ramses II. After touring, transfer back to the ship for rest. An evening folklore show by staff and dinner is provided onboard with overnight in Luxor. Should arrival precede check-in, the tour commences directly to avoid waiting.Meals included: Lunch Dinner

A representative will accompany you to Aswan airport/station for your Cairo flight.Optional Tour: A private vehicle transfers you south to Abu Simbel, previously called Meha, first documented in the 18th Dynasty. Upon arrival, visit the Abu Simbel Temples built by Ramses II. The largest temple dedicated to Rahorakhty while the smaller honors Ramses II and wife Nefertari.
