Farida Nile Cruise Itinerary
Programa 1: Todos los viernes (4 días / 3 noches)
Day 1: Aswan City Tour - Aswan ON Upon arrival in Aswan, a representative from Travel Joy Egypt will transfer you by private van to your Nile cruise ship. Check-in before 12pm. After boarding and having lunch, a tour of important landmarks will begin. This includes a visit to the High Dam built in 1960 to control flooding. Then a boat ride to Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis and built in the Graeco-Roman era. The tour also includes seeing the unfinished Obelisk made of red granite for the god Amun-Ra. After the tour ends, you return to the ship. In the evening you have free time in Aswan. Lunch and dinner are provided. If arrival is early, the tour may start right away to make good use of time before check-in.
Día 2: Kom Ombo - Edfu & ON
Breakfast will be served onboard. Later, an Egyptologist guide will lead a visit to Kom Ombo Temple, dedicated to Sobek and Haroeris gods. See the unique site. Return to the ship for lunch on the sun deck with views of the Nile landscape. After, enjoy a tour to Edfu Temple, renowned for its preservation. See Horus Temple. Afterwards, return to the ship. Spend afternoon relaxing onboard. Dinner will be served, followed by an evening folkloric show by staff. Meals included: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Día 3: Luxor Cisjordania - Luxor ON
Breakfast will be served onboard the Nile cruise. Then begin a magical tour of Thebes, the sacred area. Explore Luxor's west bank including the Valley of the Kings, the burial site of Pharaohs. See the place housed ancient Egypt's rulers. Then visit Hatshepsut Temple at Deir El Bahari, remarkable for its architecture carved within the mountain. The tour ends at Memnon Colossi belonging to King Amenhotep III. Afterwards return to the ship for lunch. Spend the afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight onboard. Meals included: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Día 4: Salida - Luxor East Bank
Check out after breakfast at 8am. Then explore Luxor's east bank including the immense Karnak Temple Complex, considered the world's largest at 100 acres. Complete the lovely tour at Luxor Temple built by 12th dynasty kings and later Ramses II. Once the day tour is finished, private transportation will transfer you to your Luxor location, concluding Travel Joy Egypt's services. Meals included: Breakfast

Day 1: Luxor East Bank - Luxor ON Upon arrival in Luxor, a representative will transfer you via private air-conditioned van to your Nile cruise. Board before 12pm. In the afternoon, explore Luxor's east bank including the immense Karnak Temple Complex, regarded as humanity's largest religious structures dating back to the 3rd Dynasty. See Amun Ra's abode. Then visit Luxor Temple built in the 12th Dynasty and finished by Ramses II. After finishing, return to the ship for rest. An evening folkloric show is operated by staff with dinner provided. Overnight in Luxor. If arrival is early, the tour starts right away to make good use of time before check-in at 12pm. Meals included: Lunch Dinner
Día 2: Luxor Cisjordania - Navegación a Edfu y ON
Breakfast will be served onboard the Nile cruise. Then begin exploring Luxor's west bank including the Valley of Kings, burial site of ancient Egypt's Pharaohs who ruled Thebes. Día 3: Edfu - Kom Ombo - Navegación a Asuán & ON
Breakfast will be served onboard the Nile cruise. Then your guide leads a tour beginning with Edfu Temple, renowned for its incredible preservation. See the Temple of Horus. Return to the ship, where lunch is provided while sailing to Kom Ombo. Explore Kom Ombo Temple, dedicated to Sobek and Haroeris gods. Return to the ship to enjoy lunch on the sun deck with views of the landscape along the Nile, where Egyptian civilization developed. Dinner is served onboard during the trip to Aswan. Arrive in Aswan in the late evening and remain overnight. Meals included: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Día 4: Visita de la ciudad de Asuán - Asuán ON
Breakfast will be served onboard the ship. Later, join an Egyptologist guide to discover Aswan city including the High Dam constructed in 1960 by Gamal Abdel Nasser to control Nile flooding. Sail by motorboat to Philae Temple on Agilkia Island, dedicated to Isis, mother of Horus, during Greco-Roman period. Explore the Unfinished Obelisk, dedicated to Amun Ra. Return to the ship after the tour. Lunch and afternoon tea served onboard. Evening is free time. Dinner and overnight in Aswan. Meals included: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Día 5: Desembarque del crucero - Salida hacia El Cairo
Check out after breakfast. A representative then accompanies you to Aswan airport/station for your flight to Cairo. Optional Tour: An English-speaking guide transfers guests by private vehicle to Abu Simbel. Visit the iconic temples built by Ramses II - the Great Temple dedicated to the god Ra-Horakhty and the smaller temple honoring the king and queen Nefertari. After touring, return to Aswan for check-in at a chosen hotel or transfer to the airport to take the domestic flight to Cairo. Meals included: Breakfast
