Day 1: Aswan City Tour - Aswan ONUpon arrival in Aswan, a representative from Travel Joy Egypt will transfer you by private air-conditioned van to your Nile cruise ship. Check-in before 12 pm. After lunch onboard, you will visit the High Dam built by former president Gamal Abdel Nasser to control Nile flooding. Then a motor boat will take you to Philae Temple from the Graeco-Roman era dedicated to goddess Isis. Your last stop is the Unfinished Obelisk made of red granite for god Amun Ra. After touring, you return to your ship. The evening in Aswan is free. Lunch and dinner are included. If arriving early, touring starts upon arrival to avoid waiting as check-in is at 12 pm.
After breakfast aboard the ship, Travel Joy Egypt's Egyptologist guide will take you to the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to gods Sobek and Haroeris. Return to the ship for lunch on the sun deck while admiring the river landscape. An afternoon activity involves visiting the well-preserved Temple of Horus in Edfu before returning to the ship. Relax onboard in the afternoon before dinner. An Egyptian folkloric show entertains that evening. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included.
After breakfast onboard the cruise, travel joy Egypt will take tourists on a magical tour of Thebes including the West Bank of Luxor. Here tourists will visit the Valley of the Kings royal cemetery and burial site of pharaohs. Next is Hatshepsut's Temple at Deir El Bahari, built within the mountain, showcasing ancient Egyptian architecture. The tour also includes the Colossi of Memnon statues of Amenhotep III. Tourists return to the ship for lunch, with the afternoon unplanned before dinner and overnight onboard. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included with the Travel Joy Egypt cruise.
After breakfast at 8am onboard and check out, Travel Joy Egypt's tour of Luxor's East Bank begins. Tourists discover the vast Karnak Temples Complex, the world's largest covering 100 hectares. They then finish at Luxor Temple constructed by a 12th Dynasty king and added onto by Ramesses II. Once the day tour concludes, tourists are transferred by private air-conditioned van to their Luxor destination, where Travel Joy Egypt's services end. Breakfast is included.

The afternoon tour discovers Luxor's East Bank including the monumental Karnak Temple Complex dedicated to god Amun Ra and the largest structure ever built dating to the 3rd Dynasty. Next is Luxor Temple from the 12th Dynasty later added onto by Ramesses II. The tour returns tourists to their ship for refreshments. An evening Egyptian folkloric show and dinner is followed by overnight in Luxor. Lunch and dinner are included. If arrival time is early, the tour begins immediately to avoid waiting until 12pm check-in.

After breakfast on disembarking from the cruise ship, a Travel Joy Egypt representative accompanies tourists to Aswan airport or station to catch their flight to Cairo.Optional tour: An excursion to Abu Simbel can be arranged through Travel Joy Egypt with a private transfer via coach or domestic flight. Upon arrival, an English-speaking guide shows tourists the iconic Great Temple of Ramses II dedicated to Ra-Horakhty and the smaller temple for the king and his wife Queen Nefertari. After touring, the return journey is made to Aswan where tourists can rest at their chosen hotel or be transferred to Aswan airport to connect to Cairo. Breakfast is included.
