Day 1: Aswan City Tour - Aswan ONUpon arrival in Aswan, a Travel Joy Egypt representative will greet you and transfer you by private air-conditioned van to MS Zeina Nile Cruise ship. Check-in before 12pm. Lunch will be served onboard. You will then visit the Aswan High Dam, built in 1960 by Egypt's president Gamal Abdel Nasser to protect from Nile floods. A motorboat will sail to Philae Temple on Agilika Island, constructed during the Greco-Roman period for Goddess Isis. Another site is the Unfinished Obelisk made of red granite for God Amun Ra. After touring, you return to the ship. Evening is unscheduled in Aswan.Meals: Lunch, DinnerNote: The tour starts upon early arrival in Aswan to avoid waiting at the lobby before 12pm check-in.
Breakfast will be served onboard. An Egyptologist tour guide will visit the Temple of Kom Ombo where Gods Sobek and Haroeris were worshipped. Returning to the ship, lunch will be enjoyed on the sun deck viewing the Nile's landscape. Afternoon features chariot riding to Temple of Horus in Edfu, highly preserved. Returning to the ship, afternoon relaxation is followed by dinner. An Egyptian Folkloric Show is presented by staff in the evening.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Breakfast will be served onboard the Nile cruise. A magical tour of Thebes' west bank includes the Valley of the Kings royal cemetery and burial site of the Pharaohs. Next is Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, carved within the mountain, an amazing architectural feat. The tour ends at Colossi of Memnon belonging to King Amenhotep III before returning to the ship for lunch. The afternoon is unscheduled followed by dinner and overnight on the cruise.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Check-out will be after breakfast at 8am. Then a tour of Luxor's east bank including the vast Karnak Temples Complex, the world's largest construction covering 100 acres. The tour concludes at Luxor Temple built by a 12th dynasty king and finished by Ramesses II. After the day tour ends, private air-conditioned transportation will transfer you to your Luxor destination, concluding Travel Joy Egypt services.Meals: Breakfast
Day 1: Luxor East Bank - Luxor ONUpon arrival in Luxor, a representative will transfer you via private air-conditioned van to MS Zeina Nile Cruise. Embarkation before 12pm. Afternoon will be spent discovering Luxor's east bank including the vast Karnak Temples Complex, the largest structures in history dedicated to God Amun Ra whose earlier structures date to the Middle Kingdom but some references show as old as the 3rd Dynasty. Next is Luxor Temple built by a 12th Dynasty king and completed by Ramesses II, located in ancient Thebes' heart like Karnak dedicated to Amun Ra. After touring, transfer returns to the ship for relaxation. This guided tour visits the well-preserved Temple of Horus in Edfu, considered one of Egypt's finest. Return to the ship where lunch is served during sailing to Kom Ombo.You will explore Temple of Kom Ombo dedicated to Gods Sobek and Haroeris. Return to the ship to enjoy lunch sights of the Nile countryside where Egyptian civilization emerged. Dinner is served onboard while sailing to Aswan, arriving in the late evening for overnight stay.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Check-out after breakfast. A representative will accompany you to Aswan airport/station for your flight to Cairo.Optional tour: Abu Simbel excursion by private coach or domestic flight. An English guide will transfer guests by private air-conditioned van to Abu Simbel located south of Aswan on the Nile's west bank. Visit the iconic temples of Ramses II, the impressive Great Temple of god Ra-Horakhty and the smaller one for the king and his wife Nefertari. After touring, drivers return to Aswan where guests can check into a hotel or head to the airport for a domestic flight to Cairo.Meals: Breakfast
