Day 1: Monday - Esna
Upon arriving at Luxor International Airport or Luxor Train Station, a representative from Travel Joy Egypt will greet you and provide assistance. You will be accompanied by a professional Egyptologist tour guide for a guided sightseeing tour in Esna. As a thriving trading hub, Esna is renowned for possessing the well-preserved Temple of Khnum situated 9 meters underneath the ground level. The itinerary will start with a short walk towards the Temple followed by exploring the streets abundant with exquisite textiles and diverse handicrafts. An overnight stay will be arranged at Esna on the luxurious Nile cruise boat. Meals included: Lunch Dinner
Day 2: Tuesday - El Kab & Edfu
While you rest peacefully onboard, the cruise vessel will smoothly travel towards El Kab situated on the eastern shore of the Nile river which served as the capital of Upper Egypt in earlier times. It is renowned for housing the temple of the goddess Nekhbet and architectural marvels spanning tomb structures intricately engraved on mountain faces. As evening falls, there may be a chance to explore the desert landscape bordering a gorge dotted with mammoth rocks covered in ancient Egyptian pictorial scripts and prehistoric etchings dating back to Stone Age. These historical images mark the entrance to the quickest trail cutting through wilderness to Libya back in antiquity (requiring 28 days travel in ancient times). Day 4: Thursday - Gebel Silsileh

The cruise will then glide to a scenic river edge where travelers can spend time enjoying a scrumptious lakeside lunch and take a refreshing swim in the waters before proceeding ahead. Day 5: Friday - Kom Ombo
Following an evening spent admiring the glittering night sky on the leisurely cruise, the next morning's itinerary will include a visit to the locality as well as the temple premises of Kom Ombo situated on the banks.
