Egypt 11 Days Tour Itinerary
DAY 01 (Airport Pick-Up):
Airport pick-up to your hotel.
DAY 02 (Giza & Flight To Aswan):
Giza tour (Pyramids, Saqqara, Memphis) ..... At 8:45 am You will be picked up by a Travel Joy Egypt tour guide (Egyptologist) from your hotel in Cairo to visit the Three Great Pyramids of Giza Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus.
And then proceed to the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple.
Then move to visit the oldest Pyramid in Egypt the Step Pyramid of King Djoser at Saqqara which is considered the first limestone structure in Egypt and its history goes back to the third Dynasty (old Kingdom).
In addition, you will see marvelous Tombs that still have the original scenes with their colors still on the walls never changing for more than 4000 years.
Then move to visit the Memphis Museum of King Ramses II to witness his colossus statue lying down and the nicest standing in the garden and see also the alabaster of the Sphinx of Memphis.
Then head back to your hotel driven by the same car.
Cairo airport transfer. Flight to Aswan.
Aswan airport pickup. Spend the night in Aswan.
DAY 03 (Aswan Tour & Check In The 5 Stars Nile Cruise):
Led by a Travel Joy Egypt representative and an English-speaking Egyptologist.
Explore some of the city’s most iconic landmarks and discover the rich history and culture of ancient Egypt.
The tour begins with a visit to the Aswan High Dam, a marvel of modern engineering that has transformed the landscape of the Nile River.
Learn about the construction of the dam and the impact it has had on the region, all while taking in the breathtaking views of the river and surrounding landscape.
Next, you’ll visit the stunning Philae Temple, located on the picturesque island of Agilkia.
Explore the temple’s intricate carvings and learn about its significance in ancient Egyptian mythology and religion.
Marvel at the temple’s impressive columns and take in the stunning views of the Nile River.
Afterward, you’ll head to the Unfinished Obelisk, an ancient monument that provides fascinating insights into the techniques used by ancient Egyptian stonemasons.
Learn about the history and purpose of the obelisk, and discover the secrets behind its unfinished state.
Check-in on your 5 stars Nile Cruise.
Spend your 1st night on the Nile Cruise.
DAY 04 (Abu Simbel & Sailing):
At 3 AM... Travel joy’s guide will pick you up from your Hotel to start your early morning drive to Abu Simbel will take around 3 hours to get there and watch the sunrise on the way to the temple.
The Temple was rescued by UNESCO and the Egyptian government from the flood.
The Great Temple is dedicated to Ramses II himself and the small temple is dedicated to his beloved queen Nefertari.
Sailing.
Spend your 2nd night on the Nile Cruise.
DAY 05 (Kom-Ombo & Edfu):
Enjoy an open Buffet Breakfast, the cruise will arrive KomOmbo in the morning, stop to visit KomOmbo Temple, then sail to Edfu, an open buffet full board lunch on the Nile Cruise, the cruise will stop to visit Edfu Temple, then sail to Luxor, open buffet Dinner.
Spend your 3rd night on your Nile Cruise.
DAY 06 (Luxor West Bank):
After having your open-buffet breakfast on the Nile Cruise, Check out.
Start your west bank tour by visiting the Valley of the Kings which was used for the burial of many kings buried in this valley.
The most famous tombs are King Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tut-Ankh-Amon, and King Ramssess VI, then move to visit The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari.
Queen Hatshepsut is the daughter of Thutmosis I, She ruled Egypt for about 21 years and she is considered the only pharaonic woman who reigned ancient Egypt.
Later you will pass by Colossi of Memnon which is some remains of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep II
Spend the night in Luxor.
DAY 07 (Luxor East Bank & Hurghada):
Travel joy’s Egyptologist will pick you up from your drop-off point by air-conditioned private van to Luxor East bank to visit, Luxor Temple: This temple is located in the heart of Luxor and is dedicated to the Theban Triad of gods Amun, Mut, and Khonsu.
The temple dates back to the New Kingdom and has been added to by various pharaohs throughout history.
Karnak Temples: Karnak is a massive temple complex located just north of Luxor Temple.
It was built over 2,000 years and is dedicated to the god Amun.
Highlights include the Great Hypostyle Hall, the obelisks, and the Sacred Lake.
Drive to Hurghada. Spend the night.
DAY 08 (Hurghada):
Enjoy your day by the Beach (you deserve a treat)
DAY 09 (Back To Cairo):
Check Out.

Day 10 (Cairo City Tour):
City tour at 9:00 AM... Start your Cairo city Tour with our tour guide who will pick you up from Your Hotel to visit the most important sights around the city.
Firstly, you will visit the citadel of Salah El Din which was constructed with limestone quarried from large blocks supplied by the small pyramids at Giza.
It was completed between 1176 and 1182. In the 19th century.
The Citadel became the residence of the royal family. Muhammad Ali, the Turkish ruler.
As well as visiting the mosque and the palace, you will enjoy an amazing view across the city from this high point.
Launch at a public restaurant.
Then you will visit the most important sights which include the Egyptian museum and see most of Tutankhamun’s treasures, which contain the world’s most extensive collection of pharaonic antiquities.
The last part of the trip is visiting Coptic Cairo to see the very great sites like the hanging church of the Virgin Mary, seeing the Coptic Museum, which collects very rare types of Coptic arts, and then will see the cave church where the holy family stayed for three weeks.
Then Finally Khan el Khalili old market.
DAY 11 (Departure):
Cairo Airport transfer.
