Giza PyramidsDay 1: Cairo's Timeless Treasures
Your adventure begins with a convenient transfer from your Sharm El Sheikh hotel to the airport for a short flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by your private Egyptologist guide, whose expertise will illuminate the day's explorations. Our first stop is the legendary Giza Plateau, home to monuments that have captivated humanity for millennia.
- Giza Pyramids Complex — Witness the monumental Great Pyramid of Khufu, a testament to ancient Egyptian engineering and a celestial beacon from 2570 BCE. Standing 147 meters tall, built with 2.3 million limestone blocks, it remains the sole survivor of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Delve into its mysteries, including the King's Chamber and Grand Gallery. Nearby, the majestic Great Sphinx, a colossal sculpture dating to Pharaoh Khafre (2558–2532 BCE), silently guards the necropolis. Our final stop is the bustling Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, a vibrant marketplace that has thrived since the 14th century.
