The data we collect
When you send an inquiry, request a custom itinerary, or book a tour, we collect the details you give us directly: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, group size, and any preferences or requirements you share with our team.
When you browse the site, we automatically collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate location (country level), through the analytics and cookie tools described below.
How we use your data
We use your contact details only to answer your inquiry, prepare and price your itinerary, confirm bookings, arrange pickup logistics, and support you before and during your trip. We may send occasional follow-up messages about your inquiry; we do not run unsolicited marketing lists.
Technical browsing data is used in aggregate to understand how visitors use the site and to improve our pages, tours, and content.
Third parties we work with
We share your details only where needed to deliver your trip: with the licensed guides, drivers, hotels, and cruise operators who run your tour, and with the communication channels you choose to use (for example WhatsApp, when you message us there). Payment processing, where applicable, is handled by the payment provider named at the time of booking.
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Data retention and security
Inquiry and booking records are kept only as long as needed to manage your trip and meet legal or accounting obligations, and are then deleted or anonymized. Access to personal data is restricted to the team members who handle your booking, and the site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections.
