9 Days Solo Woman Trip to Egypt with a Female Guide

A driver takes you to Cairo airport for the flight to the Red Sea. A representative meets you in Hurghada on arrival. Hurghada is your base for 2 nights, so you unpack once and stay put until the road to Luxor on day 5.

Nothing is scheduled today, so the day is yours to spend by the Red Sea. Sleep late, swim or simply rest before the road transfer to Luxor.

After the road transfer from Hurghada to Luxor, your female Egyptologist guide takes you across the West Bank. You see the Valley of the Kings, where New Kingdom pharaohs, Tutankhamun among them, lie in rock-cut tombs. Then come the Colossi of Memnon and the terraced temple of Hatshepsut, a female pharaoh. The day ends on the East Bank at the Karnak Temple Complex, and you check in at your Luxor hotel for 1 night.
